If you are experiencing problems with Gear mode on your AtomX please follow our troubleshooting guide below for support.
- Check the power is on. Ensure the power adapter AC cable is correctly plugged into the power pack, and that the DC cable is correctly plugged into your bike. Please do not use extension leads where possible.
- Select ‘Quick ride’ from the home screen and pedal at a consistent, steady cadence. Change gears using the right shifter. Does this gear change appear on the screen? Does the resistance change as well as gear indicated on screen?
- If pressing the shifters does not change the gears on the screen, press up or down next to the gear directly on the Performance Touchscreen. Does this change the gear?
- If the gears still do not respond on your AtomX, please ensure you have installed the latest firmware update.
Still not working: If installing the latest firmware has not solved the issue, please submit a request below for more support.
